Something about Myself

A little about myself. My name is Anuj. I am a resident of this historical city of Agra.I am a mechanical engineer and looking after my family business with my father.I run a website Bizagra.com, which was started as a hobby to help tourists visiting Agra.

Agra is having one of the wonders of the world, Taj Mahal being a world class monument and thousands of historical monuments are present in India still tourism in India is less than a small country like Singapore due to the lack of infrastructure. So i am trying to help the tourist coming to Agra so that they can have a smooth travel .

I myself have seen all the monuments in Agra many-many times, still i can see Taj Mahal again and again (there is some magic in Taj ,i think).I regularly get chance whenever any of our relative or friend comes to Agra.

Taj Mahal India Travel

Agra was the chosen city of the Mughal emperors during the early years. It was here that the founder of the dynasty, Babur, laid out the first formal Persian garden on the banks of the River Yamuna. Here, Akbar, his grandson, raised the towering ramparts of the great Red Fort. Within its walls, Jehangir built rose-red palaces, courts and gardens. Shahjehan embellished it with marbled mosques, palaces and pavilions of gem-inlaid white marble. At Sikandra, on the outskirts of Agra, Akbar built his own garden mausoleum. And at Fatehpur Sikri he created a whole new city -- a leap of the imagination that made real a unique concept of planning and design and gave expression to a style of architecture that was a perfect blend of Islamic spatial concepts and the Hindu genius for decorative sculpture. Across the river, Jehangir's gifted queen, Noorjehan, designed an exquisite marble-inlaid tomb for her parents. But Agra's crowning glory remains the Taj Mahal, a monument to love built by Shahjehan in memory of his beloved queen, Mumtaz Mahal. The Taj Mahal, the magnificent mausoleum in Agra, is the eighth wonder in the world. Apart from the monument of love, the Tajmahal, Agra Tourism has many other tourist places to offer for the tourists visiting Agra (India). A tour to Agra is a lifetime experience to remember forever as the tourist destinations within and around the city leave the travelers spellbound.
